Highly Recommended!!, This is the second time I use them. I called them on a short notice and they fit me in their schedule that same day, I did a lot of shopping and they have the best prices, they are very professional, called when they were on their way, arrived on time, did an excellent job on my carpet it looks like new once again. You won't be disappointed. Mr. Godwin is a man of his word and will get the job done right the first time.

I selected JKT based on previous reviews and their website. I have to say I was not disappointed. This business is very professional, detailed, prompt, and they did an outstanding job on my windows and floors. It's a great value for your money. I have recommended their services to my friends and will certainly use them in the future for any of my household needs. You wont' be disappointed with the company.

We have been in Spring since 2004 and have tried just about every carpet cleaner in the area. we have pets so you can just about imagine the required maintenance!!!! We came upon JKT and decided to try them. They came out, provided an estimate, called to verify the time, called before they came; and that's just the beginning. When they showed up (ON TIME), they not only were professional and nice, they did not try to oversell us. They did what they said they would do, AND they actually SCRUBBED the carpet. After they finished, the carpet looked brand new. The owner, Mr Godwin, left one of his fans for us to use for a few days because he had to use extra water to clean the carpet. All in all, we were DELIGHTED with the cleaning and especially the service. Truly professional and HONEST people. I highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet work.

Excellent and friendly great prices and came out to give me a quote and were able to do my carpets in the same day! Looks great! I will definitely use them again since we have twins things get a little messy with prices like this we can afford to get out carpet cleaned more often :)

Excellent service and very professional. I have been using JKT for years for both carpet and tile cleaning. I have also recommended them to several people who have been equally as pleased with the service. I have used lots of services in the past including those that offer 1 year warranties, etc - I would recommend them over any other service I have used. My carpets and tile demand a lot each time they are serviced since we have 4 dogs in and out of the house and a young child. Godwin and his team always deliver!

I had a wonderful interaction with JKT on two occasions. Once to have my tile and grout cleaned in a house I was selling and to have the carpet cleaned in the house we bought. Each time they were extremely professional, right on time, and very courteous. I have recommended JKT to multiple friends and would encourage any one to use this company. Since you deal with the owner directly you get excellent quality each time.

The very BEST! Carpet and tile done beautifully. On time...they call you when they are on the way. Prices are great. I have used them for years and everyone I recommend them to loves them too. I think they clean all the carpets and tile on my street.

These people were awesome!!!: WOW! I had just moved into my "new" home, and realized that I had forgotten to get my windows and carpet cleaned. My house warming was within days...other carpet/window services were quoting WAY too high, due to the last minute call, but JKT Carpet & window cleaning was sooo easy to work with. They came out to my house the next day and did a very thorough job. There was no more cat smell, and the windows were so clean that I decided to throw out the blinds...I just love looking out my windows now. It's so peaceful to be able to look into my garden. I have recommended JKT to my friends, and I just wanted to thank you guys for being so honest, and for doing such a dynamite job!! I will be calling you back for another visit...Thank you!!!

Great family style service: I needed a cleaning service due to an emergency no one responded to my time frame needs, gave JKT a call he promptly responded with a great voice that eases you very friendly, the service was done by the man himself and he was very polite and even gave advice for future emergencies no one gives free advice in these times I gave JKT full honors thank you JKT for also cleaning my tile floor awesome job!!
